Terraform CDK Conversion

Migrated Terraform module definitions to Python to address limitations in logic. This migration allowed selective deployment of expensive Databricks jobs, reducing costs and streamlining CI pipelines. Leveraging Terraform's CDK for Python enabled the creation of abstract base models with smart defaults and simplified configuration using type hints.

CloudBees Jenkins Optimization

Converted Jenkinsfile and Groovy scripts to pure Python to create a more testable script runner. This was necessary due to resource limitations in CloudBees Jenkins, which often resulted in testing pipelines exceeding an hour. The conversion enabled us to scale horizontally across five CloudBees instances, improving efficiency and reducing testing time.
